Refund and Return Policy

Returns

  • Non-Returnable Items: Since Customized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you. All customized products are not eligible for return unless delivered item is damaged. 
  • Eligibility: All non-customized orders are eligible for return 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@sublene.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@sublene.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Label: If we provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@sublene.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
