Shipping Policy

How long does it take to receive a custom order?

After the purchase, the processing time is 4 – 10 business days because each shirt is handcrafted for you from scratch in our warehouse. Delivery time = Production time + Shipping Time. On average, your order should arrive within 15 days.

Production times are the result of a complicated process, which is why the timing is rough and not guaranteed for large and bulk orders. 

We are always working to speed up our service, we know how important it is to be able to wear your creation in the shortest possible time.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Changes & Cancellations: Orders can only be changed or canceled within the first 24 hours after placement. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make any adjustments.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer various shipping options for customer in the US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

All order are shipped via USPS  to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. During thank giving, holiday season, and other busy time of the year, we might also partner with other carrier such as Fedex and UPS for the delivery of your package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order online. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. Please check the shipping options available at checkout.
